Day 1 - 21/10/12
Breakfast - 1 bowl of cereal
Lunch - Fresh fruits
Dinner - Grilled Chicken (4 small breast meat)
Snacks - White bread with Nutella spread
I was feeling hungry by dinner and my tummy was making fun noises. I really have no idea if it will work since I've change the diet plan from its original plan. But I'm keeping my hope high.
Day 2 - 22/10/12
Breakfast - Mango Fruit Juice
Lunch - 1 packet of fried noodle & fruits
Dinner - 1/4 Roast Chicken & fruits
Snacks - Fruits & 1 glass of milk
By the 2nd day I lost 1 kg and I was happy with myself. I know that 1kg is not much but finally losing weight rather than gaining is always better. As you all notice, I snacks on fruit at night and drink milk. I think its important for me to drink milk.
Day 3 - 23/10/12 (today)
Breakfast - Water & fruits
Lunch - 1/2 McSpicy Burger
Snacks - Fruits
As this blog is being published, I have not had my dinner yet. Will update it tonight and check on my weight progress. This morning weighing - I lost that 1 kg.
Update 8/11/12 - This mission was a complete fail! I was not following the diet plan and I was not updating regularly. I will try to do it within next week. But for now :
