Seriously tonight i realise that i can't have my Ipad and Iphone within reach when I'm off to bed. It will always end up disturbing me.
The truth is, I have a severe case of insomnia. I can't sleep at night. I will normally toss and turn but never get tired enough for me to sleep. i usually end up sleeping at about 5am till 8am. Bad isn't it. Consulted a doctor before, was given sleeping pills which allows me to easily fall asleep at night. The sad part is, doctor only gave me a supply for 5 nights. I guess i just have to deal with it. My aunt told me that insomnia runs in my family. My mother side i shall say. Is there any cure for insomnia? What do you guys recommend?And tricks to falling asleep?
